Welcome to Jid Buzz's Terms and Conditions. This document serves as a legal agreement between the Jid Buzz platform and its users. By using our website or app, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Jid Buzz operates an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and their balances being forfeited.
• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your own responsibility.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required to register.
• The payment method used on the account must be registered in the account holder's name.

The minimum age to register on Jid Buzz is 18. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from using the platform. We conduct regular age verification and may request additional ID documents when needed.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, the following documents may be requested:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie with photo ID.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method linked to the account.

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. Jid Buzz reserves the right to request KYC verification at any time for security purposes, including for existing accounts.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT.
• Maximum single deposit: determined by account tier.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• After successful KYC verification, withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Withdrawals to a third party's mobile number or bank account are strictly prohibited.

If Jid Buzz detects any unusual activity in a transaction, it reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals pending investigation. In such cases, our support team will reach out to you directly.

Jid Buzz regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. To take advantage of these bonuses, certain conditions must be met. Claiming a bonus means you agree to the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration.
• Wagering Requirement: A specific amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10–20x the bonus amount).
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated.
• Abuse: If bonus abuse is suspected, Jid Buzz reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

Placing bets on Jid Buzz requires following a set of fundamental rules, designed to ensure a fair environment for all players.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each sport and market.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the stake will be refunded in full.
• If odds change during live betting due to a technical error, Jid Buzz reserves the right to void the bet.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds will be voided and the stake returned.
• If an event in a parlay or combo bet is cancelled, that event's odds will be set to 1.00 and the rest of the bet will be settled accordingly.

Cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and all other sports have their own specific rules. Please refer to the relevant sport's rules page for details.

To maintain the integrity and security of Jid Buzz, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting to fix outcomes in collaboration with other users (match fixing or collusion).
• Creating artificial betting patterns to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.

Jid Buzz may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms and Conditions.
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If a user requests to close their own account.

Users are generally notified by email or SMS before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious terms violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded in full.

Jid Buzz believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. We are committed to the mental and financial well-being of every one of our users.

• Deposit Limit: Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need an extended break, your account can be fully locked.
• Reality Check: The platform will send you periodic reminders about your usage.

• Jid Buzz will not be held responsible for any account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.

Jid Buzz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

• For significant changes, users will be notified via SMS or email to their registered mobile number.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account and any valid balance will be returned to you.
